In early 2019, the Women In Games association helping to increase diversity in the video games industry in France, announced its esports incubator.
The incubator aims to coach young women on League of Legends, so they could join a mixed-gender team at the end of the year.
An increase of level of play was vital, but increasing the visibility of the participants was also important.
To do that, we’ve produced 16 social videos for the Women In Games Esports Twitter account, to explain the approach of the incubator and present all the players and coaches participating.
